Massive runaround with support before they finally admitted it can't even be set up- it was just giving an error saying "your billing isn't set up" despite it being clearly set up in the Merchant Portal.”

When i hit submit, nothing happends. after hitting "back" i found that for billing information, city and zip code are required, but these fields are greyed out update: uber support was really helpful in explaining and walking me through the trouble. I just wish the UI can be more clear”
