They will not speak with you on the telephone, nor will they even provide emails for contact. We have been waiting for almost 6 months for corrected W2s for our employees. “Says it's free but then does not allow you to select the basic plan, forces you to select/automatically enrolls you in a paid plan which you can't delete unless you downgrade to the basic plan which it won't let you select. Horrible.”
