“As of October 2025 support now says app is not working due to Amazon updates and may be dropped. For sure, some functionality is still there but it is not importing families together as one but instead as separate listings, so useless. Even when it was "working" it was buggy and didn't flawlessly import all the time. Support was always horrible and they only replied days later with limited help.”
