“Its terrible, you must work on your codes and make sure the filters are working properly. The same day result of any change is not possible. The Alerts are working, but you cant find the changes, who made it ... Also your database is very old, its must be responsive and answer quickly. It keeps changing the results, while the filter is changed 2 min ago. Support team is not responsive as well.”

“Not useful. Does not log all staff members activity. Also is useless for theme changes. We work with several developers across more than 20 Shopify sites and we were hoping we would be able to see specific changes, with code comparisons to see specifically what was changed and by whom, but all you see is that a theme was changed on such and such a date, nothing more. It doesn't tell you who change”
